goibibo_ibibo Cares

goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I used goibibo to book flight with 500 gocash and INR 17077 from my Cred824it card. The flight was cancelled by airline for which I received mail from the airline. Airline then processed the full refund to goibibo. There was no intimation from goibibo end on flight cancellation as well as on refund. After four days as per the FAQ mentioned on the goibibo site I cancele_45d the booking online and wrote to goibibo support.


As per the below FAQ I was supposed to receive full refund of INR 17077 which I had spent with my Cred824it card while booking the flight. But in actual I have received refund of INR 15547 in my Cred824it card account and rest of the amount they transferred to goibibo cash. So forcefully my actual cash was converted to goibibo cash which I will not use(as I will never use this site again for any bookings). They even don't bother to reply when written to support site / called on 24X7 support and even after approaching to mAnasultangement@goibibo.com address.


It was the worst experience I ever had with online booking.

FAQ as per goibibo site:


"If the flight you booked got cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases. We request you to cancel your booking online first, by following the steps outlined in the question above. Once you have done this, please write to us at https://goibibo.com/support along with your PNR number and if you mention that your flight was cancelled, we will make sure you get a full refund, after verifying the same with the airline. "
