goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I booked train ticket for sleeper class, the final ticket was in waiting so irctc refunded money after deducting RS 60 but I have received refund after deducting 120 that is not mentioned in goibogo website. Why is this charges taken by goibigo? My PNR is 6530251392, 613250268. I tried to reach customer care but it is not possible. Not use goibogo for train booking
