I am still waiting for refund from oct, 19... I repeatedly call to goibibo customer care and ask about my money but they said that They need my bank statement and I send him my bank statement so many times and as per our conversations, also send mail by sbi bank branch manager but after taking to much follow up , but till date I have not getting my money.
Its really shocked.
Pathetic service.
