goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I Cancelled a ticket which was of Rs. 5313/-, before 2 days. And on cancellation they mentioned you get Rs. 4319/-. But they sent only Rs. 998/- into my amount.
They are big cheaters in terms of refund. At the end it is our money and why should they deduct that much. From now I never book a ticket in goibibo neither I suggest any one to book ticket from goibibo. As a common man if they loot our pockets no one will prefer to book tickets.
