Goibibo.com is a travel booking like others makemytrip.com.
The rates given at the portal may be less But, the services offered by goibibo.com is more than pathetic. Never opt for this stupid booking site. My bus tickets got cancelled without any prior notice and when inquired the customer-care about the same, they are acting as if they are not responsible for that, and moreover we need to wait for atleast 30 mins to speak with customer care and now and they they will keep the call on hold for every query. This is a very unprofessional way.
Friends we are cheated by Goibibo, we have the proofs. Never book from Goibibo.
