goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I am not at all happy with their service and what they mention on weblink but deliever something else.
Content - As compared to other major booking site like makemytrip.com, they donot carry that much content especially Holidays offers( vacation packages)
other contents are also same as what other sites are offering
Time to load - It takes more time( especially on desktop versions), but its app response time is quite OK.
User Friendly - Its display or interface is good but its technical applications and results display takes lot of time.
Applying offers is also very confusing as you need to understand first in which you are getting a best deal( as lot of gocash offers they have in form of coupon codes)
Information depth - I will not say that is poor but its not a reamrkable one as what other sites have especially yatra.com,
Listing of Hotels is there but many reputed one will be displayed as SOLD OUT most of the times,
the pictures they show for the hotels are very good but reality comes out to be different as my personal visit experience says.
Service and support - Reviews by customers on their app and website are very few so you cannot easily judge Hotels exact responses.
Customer service on tele calling is quite OK
but through app or e-mail they take time to give rtesponses.
