goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I tried to book a bus ticket from this site. The amount got deducted and the status of ticket was "Processing". I could not get the confirmed ticket nor I could cancel the ticket.

No one responds at the customer care telephone numbers. NO one replies on email. NO refund given.

Please never ever use this site for bus booking.

REDBUS is far reliable than goibibo. I
