Some time I m. using this app for hotel booking so I am.getting some discount and easily booking. last week I booked a flight ticket with the goibibo.com app. averything was. but unfortunatly I canceled my ticket . all payment was done by my personal bank account . after cancelling my ticket te didnt refund my cash. again after when I called to custmer care centre they refund my money but not in bank account, they refund it in gocash. and I want to tell u all gocash money is not for.use. its useless. then again I called to care centre then they gave some useless reasons. see guys how these apps are doing this type of things.
