One of the most third class product bought by my parents, the fridge godrej-gde2302.. stalled in the first year itself , what followed was even more harrowing, it took almost a month to get the fridge back. we had forgotten the whole thing but again history repeated itself and the fridge stalled and has been taken by godrej guys for servicing one and a half months back and there is no sign of the fridge. complaint dtd 14/6/10 has not been settled till date.
Having spoken to all concerned in the customer service chain and after writing to their advertised contact mail id nothing( smartcare@godrej.com) the result is a big naught.
The godrej legacy is long gone. Do not trust either their workmanship nor their product.
