The AC was good initially, but only after 6 months it started giving problems. Their service and support is the worst experience I have ever had.
Totally unprofessional and the always looking to avoid any work.
Trying to get someone from their company to fix the AC is the most difficult thing. Regretting investing in this companyFew years back I owned godrej ac. Its was not good experience for me.
After few months it started giving problems. Firstly its give bad sound. After few more months its compressor gas was leaking. When ever you call their customer care they did not listen to your problem and cut the phone line from their side.The franchise cannot be good. Water is flowing from indoor unit like anything. Worst Ac Godrej is foolish brand which thinks it can fool their customers. Please dont buy such a worst Ac.
