After purchasing, it caused problem in the 1st use of it. When we contact the service man and they checked it, they found a pin is cling in it.
we have to recall serviceman twice in two months casuse the washing machine was not working properly.
It caused many probles like suddenly it stopped working after 1 or 2 round & my mom had to wash all the clothes by hand.
One day water do not come from the water line for its technical problem but they fixed it in a service.
Fixing all the problems the one thing that can not be fixed is that the time length of washing clothes in the machine is very lengthy takes more than 1.30 hrs, no matter how much clothes in it but takes alwaya around that much of time. This machine is not satisfactory for all.
