A hacker/revenge broke into my account and changed my domain's primary email address and all the details, I dont know if the hacker got support from customer care in retrieving any kind of information

The hacker changed my email address, password, call in pin leaving me unable to restore my account now let me enlighten you guys on some common godaddy facts I have been using it since an year and now am fed up!
*1. There was no email sent to my primary email with a confirmation link so that I could feel a sense of security that ok nobody can play with my account and make changes until I know, that was awful and pathetic, so guys basically that might make you a bit nervous since godaddy lacks that basic service even
godaddy customer care needs a call in pin to open their mouth, if an account of being hacked has such problems how will I take care of that? validation of the original user is ceased totally
misleading customer care people and trainees who tell you different things on the phone and I guess that makes it award winning customer care
" I dont still have access to my account " is pathetic you are supposed to wait for 72 hours for a call from some body in US as per customer care in India, which can happen anytime like a bomb explosion so basically grab hold of your phone and keep waiting

I was ready to submit my primary mail and other information of the purchase, but they dont care if I did that so basically am sharing it here among you . they cant listen or validate real time or they dont even have access to their own log so that they can see the changes made my anybody is validated or not( still they need your call in pin to open their log! totally pathetic)*
so guys if you have a go daddy account, this can happen with you also
P.S:( I have an another account also now am considering to shift my domains)
