I have recently purchased a refrigerator from Gobol which is a factory second product. Though many apprehensions were popping in my brain but the motivating factor was its massive discount.
It is a double door fridge from the brand – Sharp that features advanced refrigeration technology. Before making this purchase I have heard this term factory seconds in reference to clothes and shoes from branded outlets (which you must have too) and they are genuine actually - equivalent to new stuffs.
After placing the order on Gobol, I was mailed the actual images of the refrigerator with detailed condition like scratches and minute dent on the door.
Overall I liked their genuineness about treating their customers (you see transparency). It has been a month and the fridge is working perfectly, So I wouldn't doubt on going for factory seconds product by Gobol.
