Hi All,
I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos S6802(Black) and got it delivered. I ordered that for gifting someone. Most of the times, there won't be any signal at all and you can not make calls when you need to.
And if there is signal in the mobile, the other person can not hear what you speak. The mobile will always remain unreachable for incoming calls.
I am very disappointed with the GOBOL service. We never thought this is the phone issue. We always thought that it is the problem of the service provider. But later realized that GOBOL sells such products also. And when I call the customer care, he did not respond to me properly and was telling me to go to a Samsung service station.
My sincere advice to everyone not to go for GOBOL products. You will never know what kind of product you get and problems you might face
