Hi its Helan again. Im going to tell you about some Restaurants in and around Candolim in Goa.
1) Fisherman's Cove- I know ive mentioned this place before but it really is a very friendly place, the food is amazing, especially the lobster which you have to pre-book. The staff are the best and its very cheap. Located on Mein beach road in Candolim as your going down to the beach.
2) Flambe's- Located on Candolim road going down to Sinquirem, the food is fantastic, try the cheesy stuffed mushrooms, the service is second to none, the lads will do anything for you. The price is very reasonable.
3) Midaas Touch- Situated before the roundabout going to Calangute, it is a very beautiful place, there is an outdoor eating area and an indoor air-conditioned eating area, the staff are at your beck and call, the is good but I have tasted better, although the singers are good I wouldnt go again, its very pricey and really your just paying for the decor.
4) Stone House- Located near Flambe's this place has the best prawn cocktail that ive tasted, although the staff arent as good as previous places and theres no entertainment there is a small resteraunt across the road that has dancers and singers that you can actually watch from your seating area.
5) Foxy's Steakhouse - You will never eat a better steak then at Foxy's, cooked to perfection and very tasty, the best in Goa. Now Foxy changes his location alot so you will have to look for him, in November he was situated behind Victor Exotica in Candolim. Foxy is very friendly and I can garantee you will go back.
6) Claudina's Beach Shack - On a Thursday evening Claudina's throws a unforgetful buffet, it costs 100rupees and you have to book tables before hand. The buffet consists of a different range of spicey foods, there is a singer and bingo which is very funny. A dancefloor is arranged in the middle of the shack and Alex, Martin AND Anthony (WHO OWNS IT) will get you up to dance, untill the very early hours of 3 or 4 in the morning. Not to be missed. Located on Candolim beach, the first shack on the left hand side.
