Last month, I happened to travel with Go Air from Delhi to Mumbai. I bought a economy class ticket. The flight was delayed by half an hour which was very annoying. But after boarding the flight, I found the service very impressive. Interaction with the staff was very good. Staff was very helpful and hospitable. Eatables provided were of good quality. Seating space was bit tight but manageable.
Apart from the initial delay, my flight experience was quite good.
I would suggest everyone that they should confirm that flight is on time before leaving for airport.
