The worst airline with unethical staff.Today on 10 Feb 2010 at Mumbai airport , me and 4 more members of my family were snatched the boarding cards even after we cleared the security check.The reason they say that we got late for the security check.Even though we were standing in the queue for a long time and also informed about our presence to the goair staffer and the staffer just ignored us.this we informed to the duty manager of goair(Ashley) but he surprised us by putting all the blame over our heads.and advised us to purchase new tickets for some other day.My wife had stepped in 6th month of her pregnancy and she really was tired to the bone but instead of helping us the airliners created more trouble.
This is the attitude of Go-Air.
I have lodged complaint against them at high level and lets see what happens!!
