I would like to review go air today, which have good name in airlines because of it’s cheap rates of flights.
I travelled from mumbai to delhi from go air and it was one of the worst travelling experices till now for me.
They charge you unnecessarily- The flight rates are cheap but once you book the ticket they will charge you for everything from luggage to food that too very expensive.
Rude staff- Staff members of go air are very rude, I am not a very educated man and my seat was the one near the emergency exits, They airhostess came to me to guide me about the opertating of emergency exit and I being a passenger requested her to change my seat as I wasn’t comfortable operating the emergency exit, there were lot of seats available as I could the flight was almost half empty but she was so rude and denied it, saying that I should have asked about the seats while getting the boarding pass, I somehow managed it.
So, I don’t recommend go air to anyone because of the few incidents that I have faced myself.
