Traveled first time with Go Air as had no other option for the particular time. I must say Go Air has a horrible service.
-Worst staff at check-in.
-Makes you pay for baggage even if you want to do group check in.
-Worst booking web site.
-Worst customer care.
-Money diggers, will make you pay for everything damn thing in-case of changing flight.
-Pathetic planes.
-Cheap, untrained airline staff.
-Overall, worst airline ever.
Please avoid.
