My wife boarded a flight from GOI to BLR which was delayed, despite there being no prior intimation about the delay. After boarding all pax the flight was subsequently delayed a second time with no clear reason or even an ETD. I had some idea about the shoddy service this airline provides but had never been unfortunate enough to experience it personally.
*I will now make it a point-*
To fly any other airline in future apart from Go Air.
To dissuade as many other people as possible from flying with Go Air.
To top it all off I spoke with a call centre agent named Navnath who gave me the astounding news that he 'does not know' how many flights Go Air operates between GOI and BLR.
