A couple of snacks on menu really good. Potato Sticks and Cup Noodles. The aircraft inside was clean. The Go Getter magazine was a good read for the journey. My message to GoAir good going so far! The Wadia group seems to have a good name. The service was in line with the value of name as written in papers and magazines.
I must thank the mouthshut portal for giving us customers a platform to voice our opiniosn/ suggestions and feedback. this is a feedback for GoAir. I must thank the officer in srinagar. Cannot recall his name but his face certainly. How can I forget I was travelling with my fmaily from return GoAir flight from srinagar to Bombay. Sringar was freezing cold with temperature dropping and our flight got delayed. another flight via GoAir was available. I had a 1 year old child along with my wife. The person took us to his cabin which was warm with heater. He arranged milk for the child.

the flight was wonderful and on time this time. Must say many thanks to the person who reflects the customer service fo teh organisation.
