I have booked their service but local goons have created trouble in the name of Mathadi extortion. Therefore I hadcanclled the booking and now I need my refund of the advance payment. I am very much disappointed with their service because it is the responsibality of the movers and packers to deal with such people but in my case your executive told me that it's not their problem and I have to deal it my own. I would never suggest anyone to go whith them

We are reviewing your concern but want to notify you that it is clearly mentioned in the quotation that we do not bear extra charges pertaining to labour unions like Mathadi. The reason being additional expenses is under no one’s control.
As per the booking, our partners had arrived at the mentioned address to commence the move. Unfortunately, the Mathadi Union people turned up at your address to demand the money. We were ready to help you negotiate the amount and even recommended you the reschedule the move to avoid the intervention of Mathadis. However, given the circumstances, unfortunately, the move got cancelled.
