I have been using this toothpaste for the last 3 years. I'm very happy that a friend introduced me to Glister because it has helped my bleeding gums to stop bleeding. It has also helped my 2 cavities get better so I didn't have to see my dentist anymore. I love how this toothpaste makes my mouth feel clean even though I smoke cigarettes. My mom and sister are also using this toothpaste. I will keep using Glister for a very long time
