Hi All,
Recently bought a chimney. However, it stopped working after a month. So, I called customer care, however, the response from the team was unacceptable. Infact, they took 15 days to send their service-person for completing the query.
He was not having any knowledge about chimney. So, I again waited for 20 days for getting my work done.
So, never purchase a product from Glen.
