Useless product and still worse customer service. They will definitely get an award for the worse customer service. I have called their service person multiple times, I am always promised that he will come but the service man never turns up.
Strongly recommend never to even think of buying Glenn chimney. From day one the chmnay has been creating an irritating noise and no one is available to provide the sevice for the chimney
