Dear Readers, I would like to share my opinion on GLEN cooktop, I bought this product for my mother sake from Amazon India at a discount price. When this product reached to my home I was not there so my mom has to take the delivery and she received and used it without reading manual. So this product is very easy to use but after utilizing some weeks burner in stove is not working properly means it is firing very low so we cannot cook the items very fast and then I reached out to the customer care but they have taken 5 days to reach my home and they repaired it.
While talking about durability of this product it is not so good with in a weeks we need to suffer from low burning and quality of this product is not good. Coming to cleaning purpose edges are very sharp in this stove if we clean unknowingly with hands that means we need to take punishments. Style & design of this product is attractive and price too but main thing which we want from this product mainly is not up to the mark. I wont suggest this product to anyone to suffer and get headache.
