I bought a sunflame hub SF 6LTI4 2 months back.
Within 1 month one of its hob start functioning ina strange fashion. Sometimes it just blasts & sometime it doesn't work at all. I talked to sunflame people multiple times but no use.
The situation is that we are not cooking anything for last 3 weeks & whenever we do we have to risk our life.
Ofcourse going to the consumer court is one of the option, but I just want to warn whoever reads this article that never buy Sunflame hubs. Or never buy anything that is critical to your house from Sunflame.
Not only Services of Sunflame, in general also the hub is not at all suitable to the indian cooking. Making chapatis in them is a real challenge. It almost take around 20 minutes to make one cup of tea.
We made a big mistake by buying this product & now facing its consequences...
