Worst Experience!They prepared my spectacles with a different power. They initially denied it, but when verified with the prescription given during checkup which they say they are not supposed to share it, it was a mismatch of power. they do not keep any database with them nor does they give any reference about the eye testing done to the customer to cross check when you take the delivery.
Luckily I felt like checking the glasses of the power as I was finding it difficult to adjust and it was different then what was prescribed. They even tried giving a wrong prescription during the initial enquiry. I will suggest every1 to take the eye testing results with them till delivery and cross check when they receive them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
