I bought about Rs 3000/- worth of item from Gitai Market, Hadapsar.
Gitai Market works in the conventional kirana shop way. At the counter I had to give the list of what I need, they billed and took the payment. After some time they delivered items in two large bags. While I wanted to check the items, they said that it is not required. They are very efficient and never makes any mistake.
After returning home I checked the items and to my surprise found several anomalies.
1) Cheap items were delivered against pricey items being billed (juices, biscuits). An overpricing of Rs. 15 to 20.
2) No freebies provided by manufacturers were given. A Rs. 20 to 30 loss for me. I guess, they might be selling the freebies or using them.
3) Several products were poor quality (daal), package broken (noodle) etc.
While I called them, they arrogantly refused to deliver the missing and wrong items. They said that it is my fault as I did not check before delivery. This was very surprising and disappointing as the shop only dissuaded me while I wanted to check. I would request Gitai customers to take a note of the above anomalies and be cautious while shopping in this store.
Personally, I am very disappointed and would never visit this store again.
