On 16th March 2020, I was looking for renewal of my car insurance online. I found a reasonable insurance quote on this website. But when I started to buy insurance on this website payment from my credit card got deducted (Rs. 18877) and issuance of policy got failed. I have contacted on customer care number and email given on this website. Every time they were replying that I will get my refund in few days but Its more than 5 months I am still waiting for my refund. Now the customer care number of this website is not working and they have stopped responding my mails.
