Genpact is a dream company for the person who want to see themself in BPO sector. Genpact is a big brand and MNC, However the enviroment of this company is neither good nor employee friendly. The management of the company only focus on profitibity of the company and they are not even focusing on client requirement. Some of my friends are working for Genpact and I heard from them that this is not the right company to work.
