Hi Genpact is one of the famous company in BPO industry, it has many offices in gurgaon as well aa noida, now I will tell you the truth behind the thinking of other companies about Genpact, if you are willing to switch to some ither good MNC like American Express, Congnzent that have strict guidlines that they will usually not hire you till you have good contacts with HR or with some Seniors in that company, that is the teputation of Genpact. Now about Genpact it's nice to get start with Genpact but good to leave as aoon as possible, to get some new intresting branded Mnc to bost your career, in side Genpact they force you to make decision.
Salary and orher perks were not good as per industry standard.Job security is really good, they will not kick you off till then you will not do some really bad in company or your behaviour was like that.Career growth will stop at certain point and you will get fixed at certain point. Working enviroment is not bad. Ceo rating is nice and good as well.
