Genpact Might be Good Place t work for Freshers But once u accept the offer and join this company, ur Market value goes down because where ever next you go they will be negotiating ur salary based on your current one. Now no more FREE TRANSPORTATION. No Much Learning as company is boasting - all Online Modules or Web based  trainings (Thanks to cost cutting . to an extent they removed tissue papers from Toilet). No class room trainings are there now.

Trainers who conduct the WEB Based Training are Internal resources who are not proficient in the subject but still conduct this circus.

So my ADVISE would be Keep Genpact as your last option when u hunt for a job. One more thing... When they hire from outside ( Vintage people) they offer very Handsome salary which they wont offer to the employee who is working on same domain or have similar experience even they put down their paper :-(
