Hi everyone, I have been a part of GE for around 2 yrs and while I worked there I always wanted to join GENPACT b'coz it provides competitive pay-scale., flexibility of the work timings. Not only this various other benefits also.
But nowadays I heard something due to some internal policies and cultures company is not doing good and laying off many employees.
And yes there are many VPs and AVPs who started from the scratch in this company and their performance took them on higher side.
