For my booking #35316344, the driver calls(KA-51-C-1237) before 20mins and say he won't reach the pickup point as he is far from it and asks to cancel the booking. When I refused He said OK then Wait very arrogantly. When tried to call customer care(?), they disconnected the call every time.
Was very horrible experience. Never go for it.
