Recently I bought web hosting space of 100 MB Package from HIOX India Web Hosting Services. At the time of making the payment it was clearly mentioned on the hosting package page that bandwidth would be unlimited. However few days later when I asked them about Bandwidth limitations they told me that it is 1000 MB. At the same time they said that Data Transfer and Bandwidth are the same thing. For this they asked me to refer their FAQ Link. On checking FAQ Link I realised that they provide 20 times data transfer to storage space.
Now my web storage space package was of 100 MB then why did I get 100 MB data transfer only. To my surprise when I said that I will escalate the matter he told me "DO WHAT YOU WANT TO"?
I was wondering that how can these people treat clients like anything. The question here is not of money lost but the sheer cheating.
