Customer service represents the behaviour of company towards the customer. so I would recommened go for the better brand like amazon or flipkart as they take care of customer queries very well you can not register complaint of anything but also ask for suggestion about buying process or any other query as say mode of payment. or changing delivery address. bigger brands have made their names so big by providing such a good customer service.
