CFL is compact fluorescence bulb almost in every house it is used as bulb it contain small amount of mercury which can turn into dangerous mercury vapor if the bulb breaks.When you want to cleant it or disposing of a broken CFL properly is important. Look closely at the area where the CFL broke for any remaining powder, pieces of glass, or mercury balls.CFL is quite bright than normal bulbs but there is some risk because of mercury now LED bulbs has been launched and it is leading it is better than all bulbs even CFL because there is no risk and it takes very low power
