I took a connection from the bsnl thiruvananthapuram circle the only advantage is its wide coverage and nothing more the customer care is very bad I tried about 25 times to speak to customer care but no one is there to answer me the billing is without any logic they charges 2.70 Rs for 1 minute some time upto 5.70 per minute this is my own experience I called to same phone 2 days both less than a minute one is charged 2.70 and other 5.70 I tried to contact them but failed I will certainly move to other. Another is we cannot call in urgency in peak hour it will shows network busy so at that time it is better to call by land phone.
