If you are a simple biker than I think you can choose 125cc either 150cc engine bike. Because 125cc and 150cc will give both comfort as well as mileage and a sufficient power which is helpful while you are stuck in a traffic jam conditions.
The engine play a vital role try to know about torque, bhp, these are the factors which enhance the engine power.
And one more thing always buy a bike which handling is good. Before buying take a demo ride to feel you are satisfied with particular bike or not
