Do not buy Samsung Ac- its Mental Physical and financial harassment within three years, you will start facing problem. surprisingly, neither company is having any co-ordination nor qualified engineers for sales after service.
Samsung company relies this core job on their franchisees. These franchisees are more interested in their own business. I feel samsung is not branded company, as they are selling all substandard products and not taking liabilities as well as moral responsibilities of their products.
Last 18 months I am facing only one problem, consistently - i.e. water leakage from indoor unit. Service center has changed Condenser and filled the gas. but problem is there. In future, I will not buy any product of Samsung.
