I booked a Monitor from Infibeam Deals online shopping website and selected the door to door delivery services.(Order: 13845224)


infibeam shipped the monitor with one of his Vendor Gati(Docket ID: 291479412) with assured delivery dt on Nov 08, 2014.


Monitor reached the Noida Warehouse(destination Warehouse for my location) on Nov 07, 2014 at 6.03 am and they need to deliver the consignment before 8th Nov, 2014. but no one took the responsibility for the consignment. after doing multiple follow ups they forwarded my consignment to Ghaziabad warehouse. which never delivered any consignment in my location and they told us that they will send the consignment back to Noida warehouse because my area pin code not come under their territory and consignment need to be delivery next day by the Noida Warehouse(Nov 11, 2014).


Every time when we called Gati customer care, we got the false commitment from their end and no one take the accountability for their work. Finally I visited the Ghaziabad warehouse(35 Km away from my location) and collected the consignment personally on dt. Nov 10, 2014.


I send a mail to Gatikwe and Infibeam Deals for the investigation of the issue and the Action taken by the concern group against this unprofessional behaviour but till date and time, I didn't got any response on my request.


I would like to suggest all my friends, if they are going to choose one of the mentioned vendors then please be careful before placing any order.


For your ref: I am attaching all the snapshot which will help you to understand the level of services.


In future I am am not going to place any order with infibeam. it is pathetic experience with their vendor services.
