If you look carefully on the bottom left side of the GATI webpage you will notice a horse chariot with the slogan "Order and the king will be at your doorstep" this is by no mean just a slogan your parcels will literally be delivered by "KINGS" on chariots taking their sweet time.
They will take more than 3 days just to transfer the parcels to another station in the same city sometimes even more. It would be faster to plant your own mango trees and eat the mangoes that it bears than wait for gati to deliver your parcels. And when they finally decide that is been time enough for the items in your parcels to expire or lose its worth they will call you and order you to collect your parcels from their palace, and then send it back.
