Whenever People complaints again MTNL's Garuda ,i thought of Injured Jatayu from the great epic Ramayana.that time Ravana was against him,this time government officers are against Garuda. I would like to give some points . 1} nowadays everybody wants fast result,quick delivery.in garuda's case we have to fist register our name.then they declared list.then after some time we get our cell phone. 2]they are dealing in cell phone ,which is defective .[like in all govt .policy.in first round everything will be qualitative but after that they will show their colours] 3]we have to buy cell phone from them.otherwise we will get those from mumbai's heera-panna shopping centre.this is a flat sentence but I have one doubt.if govt is giving this on thier own,which is their policy,then how come private shopkeepers are selling these handset?there must be some dealing. 4]sms ,caller id facility is not with them.-so we have to talk with unwanted caller. 5]from today orange has started free sms ,plus there rates slashed.so why go for garuda? 6]we cannot select our lucky number in garuda. 7]we dont get clear range from this service. I think these points are enough for not taking garuda.
