They try to steal your money in every possible way by making lots of false promises. They promised a higher category room and took a lot of money from me but when we arrived the hotel gave us standard room and said that was the one garlic holidays booked. When I called garlic holidays, they simply say hotel people are lying and go ask them. When i asked for refund, they simply say hotel is not refunding and hence we cannot give you money. And they took 10 days to say no for the refund they owed us. I had to message and call them everyday and they try to dodge you till you get tired and stop asking them.
This is run by a bunch of unprofessional frauds who is only interested in stealing your money.
