Video games have a lot of positive effects, it also have a few negative impacts along with it, mostly health issues
The American Psychological Association ( APA) studies have proven that kids who are exposed to violent games are pron to be more aggressive in thoughts and feelings. This has resulted in a lot of incidents. This mainly have to do with the games that rewards players more for being violent. Aggressive behavior any how leads to raise immoral values.
Too much of gaming may take away players social responsibilities and increases the chances of social isolation. Also, in the case of kids it may rise the lack of interest in home works, outdoor games, and engaging in social activities. It is dangerous to be alone even in the virtual world. Being alone in gaming communities is not considered normal.
There are adverse health issues followed by addictive video gamming that includes. Higher heart attack risks, obesity, depression and addiction are few of them. These are not serious among kids but are dangerous for adults. Therer are particular health risks for children too. Video-induced seizures. and postural, muscular and skeletal disorders, such as tendonitis, nerve compression, carpal tunnel syndrome are few among them.
