People are treated like animals here....If the sole ambition in your life is to work...and work ....and work ..and die......then this is the right place for you.... otherwise dont go for this option...I hate to go to[even see]ITPL coz of the bad experiences I had with dis company.....People are not even allowed to take their comp Offs or sick leaves here...(I think an employee here is not supposed to be sick with out the managers Prior approval )...Salary wise the company is Ok...

When I joined this company I used to say good morning to people sitting around me and the regular reply was: "Its not a 'good' morning friend.We did not Leave home yesterday."

Initially I thought they were joking..But later I realized the truth....I also started telling the same dialogue to the new comers...

In fact I am surprised to see people giving Positive reviews about this company and work culture...There are only very few employees here and whoever I knows in this company is unhappy with the work culture......[different people and different thoughts]... I would say :- If you Lives to Work :This is the right place for you...If you Work to Live : this place is gonna be a hell for you
