Hey.
I took the service and same was excellent. once I raised a complaint the concerned contacted to us very soon, hence the pickup was arranged and then within the confirmed time frame got the repaired handset.
From noida, protection plan from Gadgetcops against the policy No. - SM-1000924 for the physical damage/Liquid damage/Theft. Was availed by me.
On 13/03/2015 my handset got damaged, its screen was cracked & touch was not working, I reported to the Gadgetcops helpline No. 01204883000 and complaint was registered on 14/3/2015.
Very soon got response from Gadgetcops for the document required; after forwarding the document got a confirmation to repair the handset in within 1.5 days And after submitting the repaired invoice the reimbursement amount of Rs.- 11218 for the repairing was received to me in within 10 days
I would recommend to Gadgetcops 8.5 out of 10.
