Please don’t buy any item from Futurebazaar.com I ordered a digital camera which was on special discount sale, 5 quantity was available when I booked. I paid the full amount. Order was successful and got an intemation that ur order is in process and the product will be delivered on/before Sep 17, 2012. I was happy to get the deal. But today all of a sudden a lady calls me and says the stock is not available and we are cancelling your order. I asked “Why are you cancelling?
When I booked the item was available?”. She replied “Sir, I have called you to inform that ur order is cancelled and we will process your refund. Website may have a fault. We don’t know. We have to inform you simply”. She cut the call simply. Now my money is stuck for atleast 7-10 days. If they do the same things with millions of Indian customers then they are collecting/arranging a big money for 7-10 days(my assumption it may be long) free of any interest. Customer’s hard earned money is stuck with them.
Beware of futurebazaar.com and don’t rely on their website.
