Futurebazaar is one site which comes with unbelievable offers at regular time intervals. Last time I placed 3 orders where I utilised 150 Rs off on 151 Rs item. 2 Items got delivered and one not, which is through the pathetic courier service Aramex. I tried chasing the Aramex with the given AWP number but no result even after calling them daily for 2 weeks. I fed up with this and mailed FutureBazaar.com about the non delivery. Within 24 hours my mail got acknowledged and FB Customer Care personally took the responsibility to chase the Courier Service. I believe on their words as I have a pleasant experience with the FB customer care Service before.


In the prior order which I placed, I realised that there was a difference of 34 Rs when I got the item. The item is good and already got it in the 150 Rs off on 151 Rs offer. So I dont mind of that 34 rs difference but still mailed them about this MRP difference. Again with in 24 hours my mail got acknowledged and after providing the proof (Scanned copy of the MRP tag), FB has provided me a 50 Rs off coupon code on my acceptance. Whether I use the coupon or not its a different thing, but I am delighted with the prompt response and the action by the customer care service. The reason why I rated quality low is that I got an item (Binoculars) which is partially damaged. I know that it involves huge effort for me to resend the item and get the new one (After all I paid only 20 rs + delivery 50rs for this) So kept quite.


But I assume the quality wont be a compromise if you purchase any item which is not in any offer.

Let me confirm that we always make sure that all the product and pricing information mentioned on our site is correct however a Bar code or content error may happen. However we take full responsibility of the same and refund the amount in case any additional amount is charged to our customers.
Further, let me confirm that we dispatch the products via courier partners and the product may gets damaged while in transit. We hence offer our customer 15 days return policy where they can return the delivered product for refund or replacement within 15 days of delivery if the same is found damaged or defective.
However we value feedback / comments from our customers like you when it comes to improvising our quality of service and look forward to serving you better in future.
